Yes, Final Stage driving courses are compulsory. After passing the test at Transpordiamet, you must complete the training within 24 months in order to exchange your initial driving licence for a primary driving license. You can register here.

At Express Driving School, you can start your driving lessons at several convenient locations throughout Tallinn. Our driving lessons start in Lasnamäe, near Lasnamäe Centrum; in Mustamäe at Sõpruse pst 210 or near Kadaka Selver/Linnu tee Rimi; in Kristiine at Endla 52/Tondi 6 or near Kristiine Keskus/Tondi Olerex/A. The standard training period at our driving school is about 1 month. There are no exams at Express Driving School, so if you want to get your licence quickly, it all depends on how often you can attend driving lessons. The theory course is online and can be completed in 3-4 full days of intensive lessons.

The duration of the online driving course is 28 academic hours for category B and from 10 academic hours for category A, but the pace of learning can be adapted to your needs. If you wish, you can complete the theory course in an accelerated mode in just a few days. Immediately after completing the theory course, you have access to the Transpordiamet exam.

The duration of the Continuing Training course is 1.5 hours (you must take part in at least two 45-minute driving lessons). The course is suitable for those who are in a great hurry to get their driving licence for various reasons. We offer the fastest courses on the market – you can enrol on the next working day and book your test at Transpordiamet immediately after the course.

Yes, Express Driving School offers the possibility to pay for training in instalments: theoretical course, driving course (3 parts) and additional courses are paid separately.

The cost of a driving lesson at Express Driving School depends on the instructor you choose and starts from 26 euros per lesson. Payment is made in three instalments: 10 hours + 10 hours + 8 hours to the driving school’s bank account after choosing an instructor.

Yes, it’s true. There are no exams at our driving school, so you can take the exam directly at Transpordiamet after graduation.

You can start driving school at the age of 15 and a half. This will allow you to take the test for a limited driving licence at the age of 16 and exchange it for a primary driving licence at the age of 18. Follow this link for more information.

To obtain a health certificate, you must first fill in the health declaration form at www.terviseportaal.ee. You must then contact your GP. Digital health certificates are automatically entered into the Transpordiamet, so there is no need to submit them separately.

Compared to traditional driving schools, at Express Driving School we value the student’s time and make every effort to ensure that the student can finish driving school as quickly as possible. Ambitious students can finish driving school faster because we don’t have exams and time limits like other driving schools.

Category A retraining is intended for those who already hold a category B driving licence. It focuses on specific aspects of motocycle driving, leaving aside the rules of the road already learnt in the previous category. The theory retraining course lasts at least 10 hours and the practical driving course lasts at least 10 hours.
